Service Elite Sports was built to provide a structured, long-term approach to student-athlete development. We focus on more than just performance — by integrating academics, mentorship, and recruitment guidance together, in order to support our student-athletes’ secondary and post-secondary journey.

OUR PROGRAMS
Structured development options for committed student-athletes.

1-on-1 | Strength & Conditioning
Personalized training program focused on athletic performance, functional movement, and injury prevention.
Each session is tailored to the athlete’s sport(s), goals, and current level of physical development.
Includes:
- Performance Assessments (mobility, agility, speed, power).
- MDS Periodized Programming for Off-season and In-season.
- Movement Correction and Injury Mitigation.
- Learn Sports Nutrition and Time Management Skills.
- Game Analysis and Competition Preparation.
- Mentorship and Leadership Development.

Online | Monthly In-Season Strength & Conditioning
Personalized Online Strength & Conditioning Program delivered via Teambuildr Strength.
This in-season program will be complimentary to 1-on-1 training sessions.
In addition to empowering our student-athletes into taking responsibility for their own health and wellness.

Remote | Off-Season Strength & Conditioning and Personal Development
Structured programming designed to support student-athletes during their off-season and/or remote training periods.
This program is designed to learn more about sports science and the fundamentals of Strength & Conditioning, while creating the consistency needed to enhance performance.
Includes: ongoing development and advisory with weekly check-ins.

Semi-Private | Strength & Conditioning
Small group training that combines structure with competition and accountability.
Student-athletes develop within a focused and competitive environment.

Weekly | Academic Development
A weekly check-in call via phone, video, and/or in-person with a coach.
Topics: Academic Expectations & Performance, Time Management, Daily Nutrition, and Setting Weekly Goals & Objectives.

Weekly | Recruitment Development
A weekly check-in call via phone, video and/or in-person with a coach.
These sessions will focus on developing the student-athletes skills and knowledge of what it takes to play at the next level.
Student-Athlete Recruitment System
A structured, end-to-end process designed to guide student-athletes through the recruiting landscape with clarity, strategy, and purpose.
At Service Elite Sports, we go beyond highlight videos. We create recruitment films, develop complete athlete profiles, identify appropriate programs, and support the initial outreach process — ensuring that every student-athlete is properly positioned for evaluation.
This system is built for families who want more than guesswork — providing a clear, professional pathway into collegiate and high-level sports opportunities.
